Big or small, there is always something going on in the city of Ephrata.
Beginning in the spring, catch a local musical or art show featuring our aspiring artists at our local schools. There are several sports related events including the annual Canal Caper 10K and the Beasley Burn bike race.
The Ephrata Farmer's Market begins in May and runs every Saturday through October.
Summer break opens up with our annual Sage and Sun Festival the second weekend in June featuring a parade and community gathering for entertainment.
The summer night heats up the third weekend of July with Basin Summer Sounds Music Festival. A two-day music festival, featuring artists from all over the northwest, perform at the Court House Main Stage
Fall brings crisp mornings and cool evenings along with the annual Brewer's Harvest Expo, featuring many local breweries, to the courthouse lawn. Later in the season, the annual Wine & Art Walk brings the taste of fine wine and the amazing talent of local artists to downtown.
The year comes to a close with the big bang of the Miracle on Main Street, a winter Christmas celebration featuring the Jingle Bell Fun Run, kids' activities, Santa pictures and a lighted Christmas Holiday Parade. The night ends with a tree lighting ceremony in the park.
As the year comes to a close we look forward to next year and all the events to come. Visit the local events calendar for a complete listing of all local events.
