Ephrata has something for everyone, no matter the season.

Spring brings fresh air and velvet green on the surrounding hills, a perfect invitation to try the trail system or visit one of the city parks, you might even catch a soccer game or baseball game at the variety of tournament hosting fields around town.

Summer time brings warm temperatures for swimming at Splashzone! or nearby lakes. Look up and you'll see gliders gracefully floating by or world-class aerobatic planes dancing through the clouds. Baseball camps that develop aspiring major leaguers play late into the summer night.

The crisp fall air brings football games, golf and camping at Oasis Park and other RV parks. Ephrata is also the center of boundless hunting opportunities.

Winter opens gyms for pick up basketball and volleyball games, and if the snow is just right you can even find people cross country skiing and sledding.

No matter the season there's something for you (remember, retail therapy is a season- less sport!)
